This morning as I was having my coffee, I heard a meowing from the front porch. It was a tiny white kitten. I waited for it to run off, but it didn't't and its cries sounded so plaintive, I had to go investigate, even though we have three indoor dogs that hate cats, and a hubby that is allergic.

He or she waited till I picked her up, and what I saw just melted my heart. His/her (I'm going to sick with "her") poor eyes are runny, and she has sticks and dirt in her fluffy, long fur. I don't know if she is a stray or just lost, or if someone couldn't't afford to take her to the vet for her runny eyes, and just dropped her off at a friendly looking home.

The kitten is small, young, pure white, and is very angry that it is in a small dog carrier right now, although it loves the tuna I gave her enough to stop trying to escape and eat and purr a bit.

Would you be willing to rescue this kitten and give it some care? Please give me a call asap, because I'm taking her to work and will be deciding what to do with her very quickly.
