Tech Hero has recently moved into the Metroplex area and we are hiring all positions.

Business Owner/Director
Own and operate your own single or multiple business unit(s). Must be self-motivated, possess strong business skills and are capable of owning and operating your own business. Tech Hero is a business opportunity in the DFW area unlike any other. We are looking to open an additional thirty businesses in the next two years. Serious inquiries only for this position.

District Manager
A District Manager is responsible for supporting around 30 on site techs. The position requires the ability to evaluate profitability and effectiveness of each Tech. Corporate provides a range of reports and management tools which the District Manager is expected to use to make sure Techs are reaching goals and working well within the system. Additionally, the District Manager is responsible for developing the territory, adding new Techs and maintaining the health and growth of the region.

PC Maintenance Technician I
Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware and computer peripherals. Documents, maintains, upgrades or replaces hardware and software systems. Supports and maintains user account information including rights, security and systems groups. May require an associate's degree or its equivalent and 0-3 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision. Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment. Typically reports to a project leader or manager.

Senior PC Maintenance Technician
Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware and computer peripherals. Documents, maintains, upgrades or replaces hardware and software systems. Supports and maintains user account information including rights, security and systems groups. May require an associate's degree or its equivalent. Requires at least 4 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks. May lead and direct the work of others. Typically is a project leader or manager. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

LAN/WAN Integrator
Responsible for the overall plan, design, installation, maintenance, management, and coordination of LAN/WAN integration into the network. Analyzes LAN/WAN and recommends upgrades/changes and security procedures and policies; assesses organization's current and future LAN/WAN needs. Requires a bachelor's degree with at least 7 years of experience in the field. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. May lead and direct the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
