| My name is Tami Bellon. I am a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutritional Consultant in Fort Wayne, IN, and I specialize in women's fitness. I am a wife, mother, grandmother - AND - I am a competitive athlete in the fitness industry at age 37.
I am very lucky that I have a job that I absolutely LOVE. Personal Training is very rewarding for me. I love being able to help women learn about fitness and nutrition. I don't teach you how to "diet", I teach you which foods your body needs and in what amounts. It is a plan to help you stay HEALTHY on an everyday basis while reaching and maintaining the body you want. The foods that go in your mouth account for 80% of your fitness goal, while training is 20%. Resistance training for women is important. Cardio alone will not get you results. I will teach you which exercises will benefit YOU, and the proper technique and form while performing them. Your form while performing an exercise is imperative to your results, and injury prevention.
