Hello!

My name is Racheal. I'm a mother of 5 wonderful children offering a fun, loving, clean and safe family environment for your little one(s)!! I decided to offer my love and care to the children (and parents) around my community after much concern and thought about the care my own children were receiving while I was out in the corporate field trying to earn the much needed dollar. (smile)

In April 2007 I began staying at home with my 4 children and making preparations for our newest family member to be born in June 2007. Knowing the importance of learning for children’s development I wasted no time in sitting down with them and going over there letters, numbers, colors… things of that nature. I soon found out that my 2yr old daughter (she is 3yrs old now) didn’t know any of her colors or shapes. I called the school she attended to find out if they noticed signs of a learning disability while she was in their care. They responded to my inquiry by stating she seems to be very intelligent, but the 2 and 3 yr old class doesn’t focus on teaching them anything other than how to go to the potty and how to interact with one another in an appropriate manner. I was FLOORED!

I began searching online for a curriculum outline to use for my children in order to teach them all of the things they hadn’t been taught in the commercialize childcare facility. As a couple of weeks went by my children responded very well to the structure and expectations of an activity of some kind each day. I was amazed and this pleasant reaction from my own children is what sparked the thought process of having other children come to my home to be loved and to learn with us!

Praise be to God things have came along Wonderfully! I currently care for my own 4 children (the 5th child stays with his father during the week) all day every day. My 2 girls are 4 and 3 yrs old. My 2 boys are 22 months and 5 months old. I also care for 3 other children part time and 1 other child full time as follows:

2yr old girl, Mon - Thurs, 8AM - 230PM
14 month old girl, Mon - Fri, 9AM - 4PM
20 month old girl, Mon, Thurs and Fri, 830AM - 3PM
9 month old girl, Mon - Thurs, 6AM - 3PM

I am seeking either 3 more part time children or 2 more full time children to love and take care of. My hours are very flexible with the exception of Saturdays and Sundays between the hours of approx. 9AM and 8PM, this is our family time! -- smaller child to teacher ratio (max. of 10 to 1)
-- twice daily sanitation process with disinfectant spray and bleach
-- potty training assistance

Availability:
24 hrs/ Sunday 8 PM - Saturday 8 AM
Saturday evenings 8 PM - Sunday 8 AM

--Part Time(28hrs or less) $45/wk
--Full Time(29hrs to 50hrs) $80/wk
--One Day Drop-ins(6 to 10 hrs of care) w/at least 12hrs notice $20 flat rate
--One Day Drop-ins (6 to 10 hrs of care) w/less than 12hrs notice $30 flat rate

Just need a few hours(less than 6hrs)? $15 flat rate
