| As the title states I'm in need of a miracle, here is my story:
I'm a 36 year old single mom to 4 children. My daughter is 15 and my boys are 10, 7, and 3. My 7 year old was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes two years ago. I have my own home business with a direct sales business and have been working my business for the past 3 years. Prior to my business I worked for the city for 7 years at the main library branch. 5 years ago I was able to purchase a nice condo for me and my kids and did so all by myself which I'm very proud of. This past summer I went back to college and am now almost a junior taking 3 classes per semester. I'm a psychology major. I also volunteer one morning a week to help sort food from a major grocery store and deliver to families in need of food.
In January I was diagnosed with basal cell carcinoma(skin cancer) on my head and have had two surgeries to remove it and so far it hasn't come back. (My kids have insurance through their dad but I have no insurance for myself) Needless to say it's been stressful. This week I had to have a colposcopy done after my doctor found some abnormal cells after my yearly woman's exam. "high grade squamous cells" they call it. I will get the results from the biopsy I had done next week.
This past summer my business suffered due to my priority being in school 7 hours a day 4 days a week plus a night class for 4 hours once a week. I am currently playing catch up on my bills and have most of them caught up. My biggest one was my condo dues which as of last April I was $2600 behind. I've continued making payments and this month paid $800 which brought my balance to $1200. Today I received a letter from an attorney who is representing my condo association stating that if I didn't pay the $1200 to bring my account current by October 31st, 2007 they were going to start foreclosure proceedings.
I have managed to scrape together my last $200 in my savings account but that still leaves me $1000 short.
This is where I need a miracle. I'm a woman who has alot of pride and work hard to support my children and make a better life for us. It is very hard for me to ask for help, but I feel I have no other choice. One of my friends suggested I try this and so I figured I have nothing to lose by asking.
If you could find it in your heart to help me out ...even $1.00 it would very much be appreciated. I'm not on state assistance, as I've said, I work hard, am a devoted mother, and a christian woman. I just had a bad summer for business and am trying to get caught up with this one last bill. If you are able to help...GOD BLESS YOU...I have a paypal account that you could send the money to if you are able, if not please keep me in your prayers. I’m not a quitter and always have hope no matter the circumstances. My paypal account is: anchorred@alaska.net.
Again, anything you can do to help is greatly appreciated
