I'm a general project assistant to owners of condos, single-family homes, and apartments. I also do work for local renters on projects approved by landlords.
I'm a full-time general laborer at a firm in Seattle. After work, I do residential projects for extra income. Weekends are also completely open for me to be of assistance to you on your home projects.
My rate is only $15.00 an hour on projects more than 3 hours in duration, a flat rate of $50.00 on projects less than 3 hours in duration. Special projects like gutters, painting, deconstruction,....etc...may require special flat rates above $50.00..............may be a lot more expensive.
My weekday availability: 4PM-7PM. Weekends and holidays: 8AM-7PM.
